Motif Design is an agent-native BIM platform where architects and AI agents model, evaluate, and document a building together, from first sketch to construction documents. Motif Review is a browser-based collaborative workspace where teams review, mark up, and visualize models together in real time. Design is where you build and iterate on your designs. Review is where you present and gather feedback.

An active user is a logged-in user who uses AI credits in a given month by interacting with the AI agent.

In Motif Design, AI credits are used when you interact with the agent, such as asking questions or automating workflows. In Motif Review, AI credits are used for our AI rendering and video generation features.

Your AI credit allowance depends on how many seats (for Review) or active users (for Design) you have. Additional credit packs can be added to your plan if you need more. Unused credits don't roll over. Talk to our sales team to learn more about typical credit usage for teams like yours.

We've designed pricing so your whole team, and AI agents, can design together. Unlike many platforms, we don't charge based on seats or logins, or cap how many projects you can have. Instead, price is based on your number of active users, so you only pay for the people actually using the product. Plus, every user gets AI credits included so the whole team can put the agent to work.

No. We never train AI on your projects, and every AI provider we work with is contractually committed to the same. Your data stays yours.

All Motif Design plans are annual. Motif Review's Pro plan can be month-to-month or annual, your choice.

Every AI provider we work with is contractually committed to never train on your work. Your data stays yours — it isn't used to train third-party models, and it isn't locked into a closed, proprietary format either.
